Assessment pathway (at a glance)
1. Initial information (screening)
Once you book the Neurodevelopmental Screening, we will ask for:
- A brief description of the current challenges.
- Medical history (physical and mental health).
- Current and past medications (name, dose, frequency).
- Children/young people: input from parents/carers and school (class teacher, Head of Year, and SENCO).
- Screening forms will be sent by email and must be completed before we schedule the assessment.
2. Appointments
If the screening indicates a full assessment is appropriate, we will arrange:
- A detailed review of challenges, medical history, and developmental history.
- A structured Autism/ADHD assessment.
- QbCheck (optional but often recommended for ADHD assessment only): a computer-based test that measures attention, activity, and impulsivity to support the clinical assessment.
3. Fees and concessions
Current pricing is available using the links below.
Concessions/discounts may be available — please feel free to discuss this with the manager to see if you are eligible.
