Please ensure you have confirmed the date, time, and clinic location with our administrative team prior to booking your appointment.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please email us at info@spectrummind.co.uk.

Fees:

  • More than 14 days before: Administrative charge only
  • 7–14 days before: 50% of appointment fee
  • 48 hours to 6 days: 75% of appointment fee
  • Under 48 hours or no-show: 100% of appointment fee

These charges reflect clinic room booking, administration time, and payment platform fees already incurred.

We are always happy to reschedule your appointment where possible.
