Spectrum Mind Healthcare is a specialist mental health service providing comprehensive assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of neurodevelopmental and mental health conditions. These include stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), bipolar affective disorder, psychotic illnesses, and other mental health difficulties as well as neurodevelopmental conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia and Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
We combine clinical expertise with a compassionate, neuroaffirming approach to help individuals understand their minds and thrive.
Spectrum Mind Healthcare is currently not CQC registered. We operate as an independent healthcare service providing assessments, diagnostic opinions, and treatment recommendations by qualified clinicians, including consultant psychiatrists and psychologists. Once registration is complete, regulated treatment services will fall under the CQC framework.
Our administrative base is in Brentwood, Essex, and we offer consultations online and in-person (by appointment). This allows us to provide flexible, accessible services across the UK and internationally.
You can book directly via our website at www.spectrummind.co.uk or by contacting our admin team at info@spectrummind.co.uk or 0203 026 5776. A referral from your GP is not required for private assessments.

We recommend checking with your chosen pharmacy for their pricing, as costs may vary depending on the pharmacy and the medication prescribed.
We provide a range of non-medical interventions, including:
We also offer treatment bundles as well as individual treatment appointments, allowing flexibility to suit your specific needs.

Follow-up appointments are typically arranged a few weeks after the initial consultation, with the goal of getting clients safely titrated as soon as possible and having their care transferred back to the GP. This process usually takes an average of 3–4 months, though it may be shorter or longer depending on individual response and medication type.
